Good Morning Texas features Big Boy #4018

The Museum would like to thank WFAA and the Frisco CVB for the wonderful piece that aired on today's Good Morning Texas show. The segment highlighted local artist Sonya Terpening's beautiful, original work of art featuring the Museum's "Big Boy" steam locomotive #4018. This celebrated locomotive all but comes to life in Ms. Terpening's creation, conveying the machine's strength, beauty, and immense presence. Thank you Sonya and Mark for your wonderful work to help raise awareness and funds for the Frisco relocation project.

Prints of "Steaming Up for Final Run" are available in the Museum of the American Railroad's train store at 6455 Page Street, Frisco, TX 75034. Big Boy t-shirts are also available for purchase. Proceeds benefit the Museum.
